IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
1) Details of Shipping States
Click here to check on the list of states to which we can ship direct.
2) An adult signature is required for all direct wine deliveries send via FedEx or UPS, so we recommend shipping to a business address. Carriers charge for returned shipments as well as second shipping attempts, and these fees will be passed along to you. If you live in Australia, please visit our Australian website
3) Shipping Delays due to Extreme Weather
To minimize these delays, we suggest that you choose FedEx 2Day or Overnight shipping. Wine is temperature sensitive and we want to do our best to ensure that it arrives to you in pristine condition. Due to extreme heat or cold during summer and winter months, your shipments may likely experience delays unless you have chosen Overnight Shipping. Please know that we work closely with our fulfillment company to ensure that we get your wine delivered to you in the quickest and safest way possible. During summer and winter months it is likely that weather along the major shipping routes may cause us to delay your shipment (often the weather at your destination is fine, but stops along the shipping route are not). Be assured that when the weather moderates, we will begin shipping.
We Know, Shipping can get Expensive
To reduce shipping costs you may select slower delivery options however, your order will be shipped only when the weather permits. Alternatively, you may request delayed delivery in the “shipping instructions” field.
4) Shipping Confirmations
Neither you nor our team at Mollydooker will be given progress updates on shipping delays. As soon as your order has been approved for shipment based on weather conditions, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided in your order to let you know your wine is on its way.
5) Turn around time for orders and shipping
Orders may take up to 5 business days to process, and it may take up to 10 business days to receive your wine no matter which shipping type you have chosen. We commonly ship both Ground orders to the West Coast and 2-day orders across the US, Monday through Wednesday, to avoid the chance of your wine sitting over the weekend. Please keep in mind that Ground orders to the East Coast take over one week, so these orders will be shipped Monday through Friday.
